Neurorehabilitation, Neuromodulation and Movement Analysis
Organizer
Assoc. Prof. Rui Xu, Tianjin University, China
Neurorehabilitation, neuromodulation, and movement analysis are rapidly
evolving fields that play a crucial role in understanding neural
mechanisms, restoring motor functions, and improving rehabilitation
outcomes. Advances in biomedical engineering, neurotechnology, wearable
sensors, and artificial intelligence have opened new opportunities for
developing personalized rehabilitation strategies and intelligent
assistive systems. This special session aims to bring together
researchers, clinicians, and engineers to present recent advances in
neural rehabilitation mechanisms, neuromodulation techniques, human
movement analysis, and intelligent rehabilitation technologies.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the integration of biomedical
signal processing, machine learning, functional electrical stimulation,
and wearable technologies for motor function assessment, rehabilitation
training, and assistive device development.
